36 Lime Street has joined the Lift the Ban campaign to help increase awareness of people seeking asylum in the UK banned from seeking work. We are also encouraging other businesses in the local area to get involved and sign up to be a Lift the Ban business ally to show their support.

Lift the Ban coalition of 300 refugee organisations, think tanks, businesses, trade unions and faith groups, are calling on the Government to Lift the Ban and grant people seeking asylum the right to work.

36 Lime Street studio member Theresa Easton is responding to the High Street Challenge which calls on local businesses of all shapes and sizes to show their support for Lift the Ban. From shop owners to pub owners, architects to gallery’s, any business can step up and speak out.
